About

Identity and purpose

We bridge the gap between traditional education and the demands of the modern world — and the gap between where young people are and where they're capable of going.

Mission

What we do

The Hiram Initiative exists to close the gap between where young people are and where they are capable of going. We do this by focusing on the skills, mindset and networks that define success in the modern world — delivered through hands-on education, direct access to industry professionals, and a community built around shared purpose.

Vision

The community we are building

A generation of young people in the United Kingdom who are not waiting for opportunities. They are creating them. A community where every member grows, contributes and leads with purpose.

The name

Why "Hiram"

The name Hiram comes from the Hebrew meaning Brother of the Exalted. Noble. Free.

In 1 Kings 5, Hiram was a king who sent his finest craftsmen, resources and skills to help Solomon build the Temple — the most significant structure of a generation. He crossed national and cultural lines to equip the people around him with what they needed to build something that would outlast them all.

Hiram did not build the Temple. He equipped the people who did. That is what The Hiram Initiative is doing for this generation.

Core aim

Equipping young people to face the technological wave

Our aim is to support young people in attaining their full potential through education in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Content Creation and Entrepreneurship — equipping them to confidently face the social, economic and community challenges that increasingly emerge through technological development.
